Web app and records: every minute, a computer outside our hosting loads OpenFirehouse's page and asks it for information that needs its database.
Dispatch intake from a CAD: every minute it knocks on the door a CAD sends calls to, with a key that is deliberately wrong. A working door looks the key up and turns it away. Nothing is stored.
A minute counts as down when three tries, 15 seconds apart, all fail. Uptime is minutes up divided by minutes measured, leaving out maintenance announced before it began. Minutes our checker missed are listed, never counted as up. Each bar is one day, midnight to midnight US Eastern.
Not measured here: alerts to phones, NERIS's own service, and email delivery.
